My sons account was permantly banned because he broke the terms and conditions. He was punished, like he should've been but he has lost access to all the games that I purchased and he also lost his fifa ultimate FUT which he spent lots of time and money
on from what he has told me and he was very upset. I think that he should've been punished but not taken away all the access from his games, which I paid for... he should've been banned from sending messages... I am just asking for another chance I have already
submitted a case review and the decision was upheld. Next I went to Microsoft support and spoke to a lovely nice and helpful support member called Paolo and spoke to him for about an hour, he helped me very much and told me I can use this service request number:

My account was hacked - banned

My sons account XxRageGamezxX was banned after his account was hacked. On this account he has purchased games from Xbox, how do we access these games?

Account Banned

My son has had his Xbox Live account banned until 12/31/9999. He was hacked about 2 weeks ago and now has lost his account. What do I do?

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. It is per the code of conduct/terms of service that you forfeit anything on your account
if you are permanently banned. Permanent bans are not issued lightly.

My son had an account that was perm banned after a person he was playing with asked for his log in details and my son told him no and so the guy said he was going to say my son was playing with a modded xbox (which he is definitely not). My son still refused
so the guy falsely reported him for a modded xbox and his acct was perm banned. My son lost 11mths of a 12mth gold live and microsoft wouldn't do a thing about it so now he can't access a lot of his stuff we purchased and lost all that money for the 12mth
gold membership.

1. Sons console is set as 'My Home' console with my profile (not sons).

2. Using sons profile he has access to my 'Owned games' but Game Pass games he does not. He only has access to them if I sign his profile out then sign in with my profile. Once he turns his console off or restarts it he only has access to my 'Owned games'.
