    I have just spent money renewing my son's account last night for 2 months Xbox live gold.

    Today he logged in to find his account permanently banned.

    First, I would like to get the money I spent last night refunded.

    Next, as per the banning, my son is very good at playing the games. I have watched him totally annihilate other players in the game quite often. His goal is to be a professional player in competitions.

    I have also seen and he has told me of players who have been upset at him being good that they have accused him of hacking and said they will report him.

    My son has been suspended back in 2015 for the same reasons and there way no way I was able to contact the enforcement team to get his account suspension reviewed.

    His current permanent suspension seriously needs reviewing and his account needs to be reinstated.

    I also think that the enforcement policy needs to have a way to allow the player to submit their reasoning to not been suspended before a permanent suspension is enacted.

    You are not guilty by default under the eyes of the law, you have the ability to put forward your point of view before being judged. Even companies allow employees the ability to argue their case during discipline procedures. Why is this not the case with
    Xbox Enforcement which can affect accounts that have had $100's or $1,000's spent on them?

    hello, my sons account was permanently banded and I feel sorry for him because we know this happened due to bully's at school reporting him falsely. At the time of yesterday's complaint, my son was snowboarding. He wasn't even on his Xbox. I'm annoyed
    with how easy it is to mess with another persons account on here. So, I'm asking the enforcement team to please contact me so we can discuss my sons account. Thank you.

    Account Banned Falsely

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    Ok you need to review his actions

    One he would've had multiple warnings not just one before any enforcement action is taken that results in a perm suspension

    Either multiple suspensions or forced name changes or something serious

    In 2015 you did have an option to contact support before the current system

    Which was the enforcement forums which was moderated

    There is a reason why you don't have a number to contact because it's the same accross all servicess not just Xbox due to the fact hackers and moders or angry parents even if their kids are guilty would spam call the line and it would be so busy you would
    never get thru

    A moderated approach is easier because they can control the amount of posts

    And only people who ask once can post

    Ok back to your complaint there is no refunds for enforcement action

    People invest a lot of time and money in these accounts and to have them taken away without due process is wrong on so many levels. It is theft!

    And to allow the account to get two months gold added to it AFTER the supposed date banned, what gives with that?

    If you followed the link provided in the msg and the first post I posted you would have a case review link

    And it can only be done once per enforcement action

    it was reviewed in 2015forums lol

    You post what your reasons etc etc gamertag or why was he banned the enforcer checks it and the notes and the data

    Viola enforced or lifted

    Since it's mostly done by multiple teams first time around you couldn't really argue your case because they usually get it rifht specially when they look at the network data by multiple people

    That's what you aren't getting

    It's not vote for who gets banned

    It is reviewed and sent to others for review

    You really should goto the how to section of the enforcement.xbox.com

    It will blow away all your myths

    You don't get it do you

    They review the network data and the video and audio of what happens on xbox live

    Network data is propiatary data

    If he's been banned so many times he obviously knows why he got banned

    It not once or twice it would be.multiple unless it was severe violation

    about the 3months gold you gotta contact support

    That's a billing issue

    If it was communications ban then he can add gold all he wants.

    You do realize that first post I know of

    Never listen to them not everything on the net is true you can however get the REAL FACTs from official sources like enforcement.xbox.com

    You will get farther in llife

    You didn't notice when he was getting longer suspensions that he was on a bad streak really?

    They don't issue multiple week suspensions for nothing that would be more serious or egregious ones

    It will get approved as long as you didn't ask before if you did that's spaming

    They will tell you the reason

    They don't have to show you what your son did especially if it is eregious

    That should be a private conversation with your son

    FYI if it's cursing they are bound by the rules too

    They can't repeat violations

  9. There was no REVIEW available in 2015. There was a page that listed the infraction, however there was no REVIEW button. It was added later.

    Also, the temporary suspension in 2015 was due to his account sending abusive messages to other players.

    However, his account was hacked by a boy at his school, we had the messages proving it was hacked and we had the boy admitting he hacked my sons account.

    Yet the current review system is just a button that does not even present you with an option to submit any evidence in your favour. It just lets someone else preview just what Microsoft has and has not option to allow you to defend yourself.

    We are not allowed to be inclusive in any part of the review process at all.

    There was a review system in 2015,it was just different to how it is now.

    Back then you posted on the enforcement forums here on xbox.com.

    Now your only option is to file for a case review by following the instructions here

    The enforcement team no longer use the forums so no one here can do anything.
