my son has been permanently banned from writing mean stuff to other players, as i do not condone anything that he has said or done he is willing to make a plea for forgiveness to the enforcement team for not listening to the rules i can also her i sincerity
in his voice. i am trying to help him submit a case review but there is no luck because when i sign into my account (parent) it tells me the child cannot submit the review, and that me the parent needs gold. the only account with gold is the one that was banned, that
is also not accessible. I have been trying hard to help my son and have been chatting with tech support for hours. Help would be extremely appreciated i need some peace please lol

My Console got banned idk why! and when i Want file a case review i can't its says : Child accounts cannot submit Case Review inquiries........ and my account () an adult account ! why he says that ? and why my console get banned ?!!

 

he believes he is at wrong for what he has done wrong and wants to sincerely apologize to the enforcement team, he wants to make a "negotiation" and give up all messaging aspects of his profile to be able to play and talk to his friends on the same profile
that got banned. He believes that taking away his messaging would be an appropriate punishment.

Unfortunately we aren't able to assist with Enforcement actions here on the forums. As you mentioned, the Enforcement website is going to be your best point of contact. You will need to sign in with your sons account to submit a case review. If you unable to
sign in with that, then I am afraid there aren't any other options and your son would need to start a new account. Thanks for your understanding and if you have any other Xbox support questions, please let us know.
