    My son's account has been hacked in the early hours of this morning.


    He awoke to several emails stating all his settings, email, phone number, passwords etc have been changed. So the password recovery will not work. I have been unable to find a resolve as technically his account no longer exists and I cannot contact customer services as the automated options given do not cover my issue and I just get cut off. Does anyone know how to get this fixed? I have all the serial numbers for my sons Xbox but no way of getting through to anyone? We have spent thousands with Xbox over the years and this is so frustrating.

    You'll need to contact support. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Locked out of Microsoft account & Xbox

    My son has had the same thing happen to him. His account has been hacked in the early hours of the morning and he has woken to a series of changes on his account. His account email address has been changed ( so technically he has no account), passwords reset, family deleted and all his security changed. He cannot use the recover password as the email is no longer valid on the account. We cannot contact customer services either as its all fully automated and there is no option for our situation? Have you managed to get anywhere yet?
