    My son has just joined the x box live community, and is trying to play COD Zombies live. He keeps getting a message box saying "The current profile is not allowed to play on X box live" Please help!! I am just a mum trying to help, a bit of a 'noob'!!

    Being Blocked from X-Box

    My son has been trying to purchase Fifa points for two days but it keeps saying Your X-Box has blocked you out and wont let him. Its infuriating both him and me.
