    My son was banned from communication on Xbox live for no reason


    My son, whose gamertag is FrigidRayn, was banned yesterday and he wasn't even on the game at the time, he was at a football game. I tried to file an appeal. but even though I was verified as the adult on the account, I still had to jump through these hoops
    and answer questions. In the end, I had to try again in 24 hours because I got one wrong, twice. I really need to speak to someone to resolve this ASAP. I realize rules are in place for a reason. But when there is no rhyme or reason for the banning, something
    should be able to be done NOW, not take a dang test to do so. Please, if ANYONE can help me, contact me.

    Bans and suspensions dont happen right away. They are given after an investigation. Most suspensions are for something that would have been done weeks ago or even longer.

    That being said no one here can help with suspensions. Only the enforcement team deals with them and the only way to reach them is by filing for a case review. If you failed the questionaire then as you have discovered you will need to wait 24 hours before
    being able to try to file for another review. That is your only option at this point.

    Account Suspension

    Hi, there are many reasons for an account to be suspended on Xbox. Do check the Email address connected to your son's account, there should be an Email in there explaining the reason behind the ban and there should also ne a link to the Xbox Live nforcement
    page, or check messages from Xbox Live on your son's account. You can also go to the Xbox website and find the enforcement section. Hope this helps.
