    My son wants to upload a custom gamerpci but can't because he is under 18. Any way to bypass ...


    He cannot be promoted to an adult account because of his age.

    If I remove myself from the family or remove him from the family his account will stop working. He is responsible and doesn't need my permission for anything anymore.

    There are no options to give him the ability to do create a gamerpic.

    Is there anyway that he can upload a custom gamerpic or anyway that I can make him an adult account?

    Can't get Custom gamerpic because it says I'm under 18

    All of my friends have managed to get a custom gamerpic using the Xbox beta app. When I tried doing it, a message came up telling me that I can't upload a customer picture because I am under 18, which isn't true because I am 18. Is there any way I could
    get past this problem and upload a custom gamerpic?

    I want my son to be able to broadcast games on twitch using his Xbox One, but he can't because his account used to belong to his younger brother who is under 18. The account will not allow broadcasting because it says he is under 18, when it is actually
    his younger brother's "under 18" account. How can I get it to be able to broadcast/livestream? Help please.

    Afraid not.Your son will have to wait until they are 18 years old or the rules change so unsder 18's are allowed to upload custom gamerppics.

    this is going to sound silly, but I would go, if they would let under 18's into the under 18's section when with an adult.

    But I can't take my son, or if I do he can't play on the games he plays (he's 16)

    Not stupid at all.

    Perfectly reasonable that under 18's can't upload a custom gamerpic.

    I'm having the same problem. I contacted xbox live support and they even confirmed that i had an adult account and that i was listed as 18 but im still getting the error message "people under 18 can't upload custom gamerpics". I just want to be able to upload
    custom gamerpics and I'm the right age to do so, yet I can't.

    If he under 18. U decide what he can or can't do. There is no way to removed it until he is 18.
