    can two account in same xbox 360 console use one add-on game that was purchased by only one account?

    My ME2 game usually tells me there is a profile change and restarts my game because I once used my sons ME2 file from his account on my account back before they locked content to the buyers profile. It still does it today. Oddly I am able to transfer his
    file into ME3 from my files now.

    I had my account locked, as my son purchased points without asking and now i need to redeem a code but cant as account locked. How do i unlock it just to allow the code redeem?

    Make sure to post your question in the following forum.

    Questions in that forum are reviewed before posting. As you've done here, make sure to give the ID. The enforcement team will review your question and answer why the account has been banned. The enforcement team investigates all instances and bans only
    when the code of conduct is violated. There may have been cheating, hacking, exploiting or another COC breach committed by you, your son or another person on the account.

    The only way to get on Xbox Live again will be to buy another account and not breach the COC.

  5. I Agree with Malirk that You are going to have to take this up at 09 - Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans they deal with Inquiries about account suspensions, forced Gamertag changes, console bans, and other enforcement actions.



    You Can click here to get started. Just explain the situation like you did here.

    Note- When an enforcement action is taken, information is immediately sent to the Microsoft Account e-mail associated with your Gamertag.

    The Coc Malirk is talking about is The Code of Conduct, It outlines the rules that you need to follow to help ensure that Xbox.com, Xbox Live, and Games for Windows Live are fun for everyone.

  6. I am a little confused... I am new to the forum and have tried posting in suspensions and bans but now can't see my post and have not received any email! I also received no email about the suspension / ban???
