    My son topped up ps5 with a voucher and it said successfully topped up, but they are not appearing in his account. Where could they be ?

    Unless he purchased the vbucks directly from Microsoft(Xbox) there is nothing we can do here. The game is not made by Microsoft it is made by Epic and Sony makes the Playstation. If the vbucks were purchased from Microsoft, then they need to be redeemed by logging in to Fortnite on an Xbox.
