I have just realised my son has used my credit card to buy things for fortnite. He is 13 and I am unemployed l. Is there a way of reclaiming some of the money back? Thank you

Hi can someone please help.

I thought that I had parental control over what my son can purchase.

So far he has bought the same game 3 times over and I am getting billed not happy.

spent 2 hours on my account yesterday sorting it out so this could not happen.

will someone please get back to me !!

No one from Support is here in these forums that can help with Account or Billing Issues. Not sure how he could have bought the same game twice, much less three times as the Store will tell you "You already own this". Call them or chat with them from the
Support page. That will be the only way to resolve your issue.

support directly.

For refund you can first try the auto function in
http://commerce.microsoft.com if doesnt get, you will need to contact the official Xbox Support. They are the only ones that can determine if a refund is possible or not.
