My son signs in on his profile no problem on his Xbox One but it automatically signs him out ...

My son is not able to access his games at present because every time he signs on and gets the "Hi Aidan" box, within seconds it is automatically signing him out "Bye Aidan". My other son and my daughter are having no problems with their profiles. Please
help as he is only ten and I'm not that up on Xbox One.

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

Good point, it's my lads Xbox and it automatically chose his Gamertag when I signed him upto live.

The password saved for your son's profile may be corrupt.

Are you using a wired or WiFi connection? If WiFi, try disconnecting the console from WiFi, then reconnect to WiFi, sign in with affected account and enter the proper password for your son's account. Hopefully that will fix the profile password issue and
stop signing out his account.

Thanks for your reply Frathos. I've just got him home from school and had a look at what's happening. It boots up ok. He is offline and the game in at the moment(Forza Horizon 4 ultimate edition - which was running well) loads ok, appears to start and
then the box "Goodbye Aidan" appears. We have tried switching online to offline etc. I am on limited satellite broadband and work long hours so I always have them play majority of stuff offline so wifi shouldn't be an issue. As I say my other 2 kids profiles
are unaffected

 

Hello Conor.

From the sound of things it could be that your sons account when put onto the console or created was set up with sign in preferences that could stop you from being signed in while offline. You can go to your settings and select the Account tab while the
console is connected to the internet then select where it says sign in security and passkey. Once there press "A" on the tab that says "Change my sign-in & security preferences" and set it to no barriers. Once that is done he should be able to remain signed
in in offline mode.
