My son received the wrong Fifa digital card for xmas

My son received FIFA digital download for Xmas and claimed it.

However it seems the code is only for Xbox X/S whereas he has Xbox one S.

It seems that he is not able to olay the game.

How can he get the correct version ?

We don’t seem to be able to return the card at Target.

My son is very disapointed.

Actually, let me go one step further.

Because the card is not refundable and i can’t bring it back, i find it to be a scam. I will contacy Better Business Bureau if that is the case.

There should be a way to

Migrate to the correct version.

If the code has already been redeemed, then it's no longer eligible for a refund. The only way to get the correct version would be to buy the correct one.

Yes this was set-up for my son as a xmas gift years ago. He doesn't know any of the information. My credit card has been charged every month for something he doesn't use

Wow, it was bought as Xmas present from grandparents. So not going to happen is it.

Not very good service this. Don't expect to have to buy digital version for it to work across two xboxs. Home is xbox one, can't change that.

Xbox ruined sons Xmas............... What a waste of money.............
