    No, but there is an option to request a replacement if the controller is still under warranty: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty

    2 Xbox seperate houses

    So my younger son just needs to be logged into his xbox and then my older son needs to go to his settings and make his Xbox home? or does my younger son control all of this and he can make the switch here?

    Really? Alex, then I advise you to take your console to a repair store in your city to be analysed, since Microsoft does not support the Xbox 360 any more, Microsoft does not offer repair for this console. :/
