My son keeps getting a message 0x87e107e3 when he tries to play any game he downloaded. Please ...

Hi,

Yes, my son went to purchase the game, put in all the details including my card details, but when he clicked "submit" nothing happened.

He went to see if he could play the game - there is a "play" button but when he clicks it, it tells him to go to the Microsoft store.

When he does that, he gets the "This item cannot be purchased at this time" message.

(No payments have been taken out of my account, so I know it's not gone through properly But there's now no option to enter the details again.)

I think my son is using his account, but he plays Fortnite on there, so I don't think it's an age issue ...

Oh, and he's tried downloading it from Xbox.com but he gets the same message.

Exactly the same problem here. My son can play Fifa 14 etc. online, but when he tries to play Minecraft he gets the message that he can't play online games. We've tried resetting the teen setting, and Blocking then Allowing online play but Minecraft still
doesn't work.

I purchased this for my son 2 months ago he’s been playing the the beta of it and when he went to download the full version today it wasn’t showing as owned and is not in purchased games just tells me to buy it again, I have the message off Xbox saying that we purchased it and is ready to download but just keeps saying purchase can you help please

My son is having the same issue with the error message. It seems to have begun when he (unwisely even at 9 yrs old) hit a "repeat" command when playing, teleporting "all entities" to the same place. All entities in the game began flashing on the screen
and he could not stop this. Since, he gets the error message 0x80040200 whenever loading and cannot play the game. We've tried the 10 second shutdown, still no go. Please help.

My son can't get to his account either. He has gold and I don't. Lots of new games to plag but cant play them. Keep getting the temporary problem message when I try to fix it. This is unacceptable.
