My son is not able to play minecraft java edition anymore

I bought for me and my sons (year 8-5) minecraft. I decided we will play Java edition (both of them are applying on the borrowed Laptops)

I created for both of them:
microsoft ACC(+email)

Created xbox acc

And Minecraft Java Acc

we were able to play for a 30 days (is my guess) and now their cannot play anymore.

every time when we press "play" Game Ask us what will be our User name. if we use the name which we set up when we played for the first time. MC launcher give us error "user already exist". If we try new and not taken name MC louncher give us erro message:
"Failed to create profile. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store with the same account you are using to sign in to the Launcher. If you are still having trouble, try updating your profile and verifying your game ownership on Minecraft.net"

no they are not connected to the Microsoft Store... its not thiers PC. (even when i try to connect them toMicrosoft Store it did not work)

We tried to edit user name at Minecraft.net but there we where getting "someting went wrong" error message.

and yes we did update all the profile info at ours Xbox and Minecraft accounts.

any ideas what else to do?

I see you are having problems signing in on Minecraft, and even after checking and updating all your account's info the issue persists. Let me inform you that many other users are also experiencing errors just like you (reset username, sign-in errors, failure to reach authentication services), and some of them also mentioned no troubleshooting steps worked.

Altough there's no official confirmation yet, there appears to have been an unexpected downtime on Mojang's services, and this may have caused the login errors and username resets some users are facing. For now, I highly encourage you to reach out to Minecraft support directly to report this issue, and to request further help with your and your son's usernames if the problem persists:

In this case, I'm pretty sure this method is not working with Minecraft anymore since it has its own launcher. I just tested on my computer signed in the Microsoft store with my account (which has Ultimate) and tried to play it on my son's account and I could not play it too. Both Java and for Windows editions.

No, if you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PS4 and link your Microsoft account with your PS4 account, it will not sync the purchase with the accounts. Minecraft Bedrock purchases are tied to the platform on which they are made. If you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PC, you will only be able to play it on PC. If you purchase Minecraft Bedrock on PS4, you will only be able to play it on PS4.

The Xbox edition of Minecraft in the screenshot is still the Bedrock edition, is it not? I should have access to Java through owning the Bedrock edition, and I don't understand why I wouldn't be able to play it if I played Java in the past with my Microsoft account without having to buy Java.

I've tried from Minecraft website because Java Edition is not avaible on Microsoft Store.

Yes I can use credits on Microsoft Store, but can't find Minecraft Java Edition. I tought that Minecraft was a Microsoft's production, and that's why I sent a 25€ credit to my son on Microsoft account.

Is there a fix for this? Will Minecraft Java Editon be avaible on Microsoft Store?
