    Cyber bullying being ignored

    My son is being cyber bullied on Xbox but only by voice and this bully isolating him from his friends but Xbox live refuse to do anything immediately whilst in the meantime my son has to remain isolated

    my son was being bullied. This kid kicked him out the party then reported him. Now my son has an enforcement. This isn't right. He is still bullying him!

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. You'd also want to block communications with him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    How Do I guide     to report the user, you can also report the messages that were sent to your son as well. If you feel threatened in any way we would also suggest reaching out to local law enforcement. The best thing to do in this case will be to

    block the user     as Smwutches called out.

    I am sorry your son is being Cyberbullied. As long as you reported and blocked the bullie or bullies. It is a shame that a father and son cant even play xbox without being harrassed by bullies, and as far as the school fight it seems to me this has gone
    to the next level i would talk to the school's principal... Maybe that is what is needed.

    Question regarding a suspension

    Its most likely that he engaged with the bully in the same way the bully engaged him. And the bully reported your son, but your son did not report the bully so the bully didn’t get suspended.

    Never engage with someone being toxic because it can result in a ban as well. Violating the Code of Conduct can be a simple as using curse words or slurs.
