my son is banned

my son has been banned till year 9999 when he got blamed for the ban he was having an operation

so he was hacked and no one from enforcent or any other department will email us please help my son get his account back

Harassment

My son is getting harassed and reported by someone he knows and this person is just trying to get my son banned and in trouble with xbox live. What can we do to prevent my son being banned and this person just to leave my son alone while he is on xbox.

 

Got banned for?

my son got banned from xbox live. We think user gamer tag.it's nemo 123. Has reported my son because he blames my son for his account getting banned. Eithen his parents blame my son and wanted money from me as compensation. I told them my son was not responsible
for there son getting banned but they don't believe me.I didn't pay them anything and explained that I had spoken on line to Microsoft and they said my son was not responsible. My son text the other boy asking if he'd reported him and he said he didn't know?

Anyway I would by grateful if you could please lift my son's ban has I think he is being pick on.when I checked my son on line reputation it's says his reputation is good so how can he be banned.

Just for information, there is no set timeframe for when an enforcement action can be taken. They investigate after someone files a report. There is no set timeframe between occurrence = report = enforcement action. Could be an hour or a month (or more).
