I try to change it on the Microsoft account online I go to my billing information with my credit card with my PayPal with my Microsoft account I go to my credit card which has my Xbox live membership on it but there's no edit so I can edit my credit card

I have checked mine and my son’s and both of them do not have the transactions on them, but my credit card still has them on it

I have the same question. I signed into my son's account. He has $60 worth of GCs loaded as credit into his microsoft account. When he signs in and attempts to purchase a game for $49.99 it only offers the options of Pay Pal or credit card. When the approval is sent to my account, it askes how I would like to pay for the game; Pay Pal or Credit Card.

How do I use the credits in my son's account to purchase the game?

My son has been writing to you in order to let you know that someone in Microsoft store has taken around 750 dollars out of m6 bank account and as result I have had to have 3 credit cards closed and new ones sent out, as no one has given my last two cards
details to Mic rosoft I would like to know how the store is obtaining my card details and billing my card and taking the money out of my account, this is unauthorized use of my card and I am contacting the police as soon as I speak to my bank manager tomorrow
as she has still to get back to me because she is in the process of trying to find out how Microsoft has been obtaining my card details and access to my account, please respond to this email asap with the solution and how you intend to rectify the problem,
as no one else but myself have access to my credit card it is therefore fraud.
