My Son has Hijacked my account

A long time ago in a basement far far away, I had an Xbox 360. My son had started playing games on this with me. Soon he started playing it more than I did. At the time we could only have one account for the xbox live and that was under my name. All
was well and good and he played his games.

Flash forward to now in a world where we now own a Xbox One. My son is playing a lot more than he did in the past and he has move up to more online player vs player type games like Overwatch. He has a number of friends who he plays with. When I would
get on the xbox they would assume that I am him. This prompted me to buy a second Xbox One but I had to create a totally different account.

Here is the crux of the ticket. My name is attached to the account my son is currently using. I also use my account for Work related purposes and I am worried that whatever my son does online is going to reflect in my standing/reputation. Is there any
way to separate my Microsoft account from the gamer tag without destroying either? He has built up quite a following of friends and achievement under that gamer tag and I would hate for him to lose it all.

My account has been hijacked!

Someone hacked into my account last week and bought 10,000 XBL Points(which has been reported to the bank already) but they also seem to have actually stolen the account as well! When I logged in I noticed my gamertag was this() instead of
my actual Gamertag(MightyMat7388). At first I thought they had simply changed the Gamertag but then I noticed that I had no Gamerscore and a friend informed me that they were online, playing Fifa.

I need this sorted, this is unacceptable!

Tell them what your gametag was. They will ask any other questions they need to know. I am pretty sure the old tag would be enough for them to start a case on this. Let me just ask it this way. Is it better to at least try and maybe fail then not to call
at all and let them get away with it??
