You will have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

I case it is a game specific ban you will have to try some contact for that specific game.

Usually also an email will be send with some details regarding the suspension/ban to the primary email address on the account.

Please follow through with Daft Badger's advice and post in the forum section he has provided. Alternatively you will have received an email t the address tied to the account which will explain why the suspension was put into place. Please note that if you
