My Son Has Been Banned

My Son has been banned from xbox live till 30/12/9999 my son is 9 years old so he dosent know much about xbox but all he dose on it is play with his friends Is there anyway of getting him unbanned coz i has not done anything at at all.

I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions.

You will have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

I case it is a game specific ban you will have to try some contact for that specific game.

Usually also an email will be send with some details regarding the suspension/ban to the primary email address on the account.

Post there and they will tell you why your son was banned.
