Just bought x box for my son, he got one month free gold membership with it, purchased 12 month gold membership in Sainsbury's this morning, he entered redeem code but its not showing up in account history or transaction history yet,

He got the game code as a gift but it was for an Xbox x{s and he got a Xbox One S for his bday. So when he redeemed the code it said he couldn't play the game because it wasn't compatible with his system. The game was the newest Madden football game.

we purchased the rise of iron for my son. they gave us 3 codes to use. I think he typed in the second and third code before the first one was completely downloaded? He got the two pre-order bonus weapons, but the DLC never happened.. now it says that
the code has already been redeemed. What should we do?

believe you go to my settings in Madden 13 and there is an option to redeem codes. Should be where you typed in your EA Online Pass Code....
