My son got permanent banned

No it doesnt on xbox my son swears once and hes banned for a month on ps4 he can say anything and not get banned

I have but my son answers all the questions but ge got one wrong so it says come back tommorow i just want all my hard worked money back

You wouldn't get a permanent ban off of 1 time swearing. That would mean he's done it multiple times before or done something else to be banned. Either way. Playstation does also have similar rules only if you are banned there, you have no way of appealing.

Ps4 also has simular policies.

you agreed to the terms when you joined, as you only own a licence for the games and not the games themselves then you foreit all content if you break the terms it is in the agreement that you agreed to when creating an account, signing into the account
and purchasing game licences.

once you get through the questions you will be able to submit a review to see if they will overturn the ban.
