    My son doesn't see xbox ultimate game pass on his account


    I have a parent account for which I purchased xbox game pass ultimate. I have verified it is active by logging into my microsoft account. When my son logs into his pc with his account and tries to access xbox games that would be available through xbox game pass ultimate, he is prompted to purchase xbox game pass. He is a child account through the family settings. Why is my xbox game pass ultimate not showing up for him?

    It's not showing because the subscription was purchased on your account. Him being in your family wouldn't give him access to the subscription itself.

    You would have to sign into the xbox app on your profile to let him download games

    He has to be sig ed into the pc with his profile but not the xbox app

    HPWEVER he can't use cloud

    I have the same problem, but before we (me and my son ) were using game pass ultimate - both of us. Than the subscription ended. I did not buy it for a month or so, and only than purchased again. Since then he can't use it, but before he could. Did MS change the rules?

    So if the ultimate game pass is on my account on family Xbox my son will be able to use it on his account on his laptop?

    Hi my son had a Xbox one with a gold pass and upgraded to a xbox x with 2 years ultimate. When I setup his xbox x with his same account his gametag had ultimate subscription the rest of his gold pass was put on my gametag on the xbox x. But when he signs in some days his gametag changes to gold pass and my gametag has ultimate which stop him downloading gamepass games to his gametag. ...
