my son didn't get his full 1 month gold

Good morning i didn't find a solution or an answer to why my son account was suspended even though it let him purchase gold membership. after two day it was suspended because 50 cents could not be charged to my acct. so since he has all of his games and
friends on that acct I changed his age and renewed it to where he was free to due what interested him on xbox live with out the need of my password. well this time a week later it happened again but this time xbox some how replaced the new setting that abled
my son to do things with out my password and sponsorship. with the old information where he needed my password to due things because I was sponsoring him. and tried to charge me again. but that isn't the problem really, my son doesn't get gold unless he does
well in school and having his acct suspended because 50 cent couldn't be chargrd fine but replacing the information to suspend his acct a second time is what gets me I don't know if anybody has had a similar problem but if so could let me know what happened
I paid for two months but my son got a total of 7 days and im still having problems with contacting them even with chat so I posted it here.

Adding Xbox Live Gold failed? Please help!

My friend just got his xbox, and he suppost to get 1 free month of gold membership, but he didn't.

The thing is, I ordered just the same, but I got 1 free month of gold membership without any problems.

Anyone knows the problem?

The option your referring to is the Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack which is $99.99, this is a full 1 time payment, not monthly.

This gives you the ability to add 4 Xbox LIVE Gold members who will all have a 1 year Xbox LIVE Gold subscription.

A normal 1 year subscription costs $59.99 and that is specifically for 1 account, and it is also paid at one time.

Other subscriptions available are 1 month ($9.99 / month), and 3 months ($24.99 / per every 3 months paid in full).

Going through my account history I found 92 Gold – 1 Month entries. At least 2/3 of the 92 are for my main Gold account with the other 1/3 being my sons so at least 60 months of Gold status for my primary account.

Why get a trial? You most likely want to look at the full, at least, 1 month of Xbox Live Gold. That should give you full access to all Gold features.
