    Fortnite: Not able to play since the new update

    Hi,

    I would appreciate any help on this matter....My son is unable to load Fortnite since the new update went live. His friends in our area are able to pay, why can't my son?

    If he deletes Fortnite and reinstalls will he lose his status, achievements and purchases?

    My son just updated his fortnite game and it is coming up with this error- esp-man-archive and saying there was a problem writing the files. He does NOT have an epic games acct. He skipped that process and now he cant get one because epic says the acct is
