    So my son changed my gamertag to a new one and I wanted my old one back but mine is DES of 360 with 13 letters and now it is only possible to create a 12 letter gamertag help me I want my old gamertag

    Unfortunately for you, you are responsible for anything that happens with your account. They will probably not help you since your account was left accessible to other users. Most likely, you will just have to pay to change it to a tag that you want.

    live.xbox.com/.../GamerProfile

    Type in the new Gamertag and click on the Change Gamertag link.

    This process is not free, it will cost you 800 Microsoft Points.
