My son can't sign in to his profile on my xbox

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns being unable to sign into an Xbox profile on an Xbox One console.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console, but if the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console, reset and keep games and apps to help reset
the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out for us and then let us know the results.

I have already done this without success.

Xbox 1

= Son 1 Xbox and set to Home Xbox

= My profile is on here as well as Son 1s profile

Xbox 2

= Son 2 Xbox

= My profile is on here as well as Son 2s profile.

Son 1 plays on xbox 1 on his profile and game says you must log in to the account that downloaded the game.

So he logs into my account....Games work

Son 2 plays on xbox 2 on his profile says you must log in to account that downloaded the game.

Log into my account, games work for son 2, but son 1 Now can't play the games

1. Sons console is set as 'My Home' console with my profile (not sons).

2. Using sons profile he has access to my 'Owned games' but Game Pass games he does not. He only has access to them if I sign his profile out then sign in with my profile. Once he turns his console off or restarts it he only has access to my 'Owned games'.

Ok, so I cancelled the subscriptions and got a refund.

I have repurchased the Ultimate from Son 1 xbox through my profile.

Games are available now on both xboxes.

New problem is, my son's can't play them unless they are in my profile.

If they log into their profiles on their xboxs it states to log in with the profile you purchased the games with.

If son 1 logs into my profile it logs me out of my profile on son's 2 Xbox and vice versa.

Now what's going on 😭

I'm having the same issue with my son. He can't sign into his xbox live user name. Only the adult profile can sign in. It says to go to xbox.com and sign him in there, so once I signed on there then what?!? There's no help and no easy way to find out.
Its very frustrating. I understand all these updates but everytime it happens my son has problems signing in. This is getting to be beyond ridiculous. If anyone can help that would greatly appreciated.
