    Hi,

    Can anyone help. My son is trying to message his friends on his xbox. He is set up as a family member under my account.

    I have checked that neither of us is banned and looked at the security setting for his account and made sure he can send message to his friends, but it still doesn't work. we had no problems with the 360, but since we upgraded to the xbox one, there seems
    to be so much more security it's mind boggling!

    Any help would be appreciated.

    How do get a ban lifted due to my son friend sending a message with out his knowledge

    my younger son had his mates round and my oldest son left his profile open ! Rather stupid but my sons friend open his messages and sent a message to a friend and it was inappropriate hence the ban ! My oldest sons was not at fault just for once - my question
    is how do I get this ban wiped from my oldest sons history ? Any ideas would be truelly welcomed.

    Can't invite friends to play Minecraft

    My son and his friend are connected on XBox Live. His friend can invite him to play in his Minecraft world but my son can't invite his friend to play in his Minecraft world. The option for game invite is grayed out. I've checked all privacy/content settings
    and all are set to Friends. Anyone know how we can enable my son to be able to invite his friend to play?

    Hi, my son is 9 and is looking for friends....he and his friends play together and there is no bad language used...sometimes there will be excited shouting, but never any nastiness. They do play modern warfare 3 amongst themselves but also they play minecaft
    and this is where I thought your son would fit in perfectly...they are all a good bunch of kids who I'm sure would be more than happy to play alongside your son. (My sons xbox is in the lounge and has parental controls on so he can't play the shooting games
    without me there) You now have our gamertag so send us a friends request and a message explaining who u are - he doesn't add anyone he doesn't know - and we'll see how they get on :) take care

    your son just needs to send a text based message to his friend, that will then unblock them.
