    my son was sighing in thru controller from xbox1 to Roblox fine, I had to deal with Roblox on a issue of being our account just from needing a password change, I had to send them a proof of ownership and in that process this happens. well we can now sigh
    back into a pc. But cannot thru xbox1 its like there is no account. HELP

    Hi my son signed up with my old yahoo email there is no microsoft email hence why i cannot sign into his account. Cannot log into his account as it isnt a microsoft account. Very confused as to how it has been set up in the first place

    Setup

    Upstairs sons account set as home. Then signed in my account

    Downstairs sign in on my account then sons account set as home.

    Set home xbox on same account on both consoles.

    I was setting as home on different accounts.

    Just like to thank all that contributed to help resolve my issue. This is my 1st time using community support. And was a pleasure . Many thanks and Happy gaming

    How do I do this? I want to share a game with other members of my family that use different Xbox consoles

    Does it matter who installs the game? Me, my oldest son, and my youngest son all have different accounts but we belong to the same family account.

    My oldest son uses the Home console and signs into that console with his own account. My youngest son has his own console and signs into that console with a different account. If my oldest son installs the game on the Home console will my youngest son be
    able to see the game on his own console while signed in with his account? Or does my oldest son have to sign on to both consoles?
