    My son bought game didn't receive it


    i bought my son a game card and he loaded it on to his Xbox then purchased the game harry potter 5-7yrs it coated him twenty dollars ! He is pretty dissapointed boy ! We have never had this problem before ! What or who do we contact?

    Thank you so much, hours dealing with customer service and you just solved. My son bought the game and I didn't even think to make sure it was a full game not just a DLC. Thanks!!

    Halo 5 Redeem codes - across system and does it matter who redeems?

    As I bought the game, by accident, I received the "preorder" REQ PACK on my account. My son did not get these.

    My son (didn't buy the game) was successful in entering the 2 extra bonus req packs (included in the game and 2nd controller). He received both and I received neither.

    So Halo 5 is scammy like COD Advanced Warfare where the codes only go against the account they are entered not the console. (V. Destiny and Far Cry on PS4 which were console codes).
