My son bought a 100 dollar Xbox one headset took BK once he's very upset!!

Sorry to hear you are running into these issues with your sons headset. When you say you have tried everything what exactly have you attempted? Is this simply checking all your settings making sure that it's not muted? Also what type of headset is it that
you are using on the Xbox One? Have you been able to test it with different controllers or on a different console to see if this changes anything?

I haven’t tried that yet. Will that erase all the games and data? It’s my son’s and if he looses everything he will be very upset.

I dont even know what that is. All I know is this, we have an Xbox One. My son bought an Xbox One headset off of Amazon. He bought the warranty. The headset does not work anymore. We want a new one. The company is making it very difficult for us
to get a new one. A ton of steps, a ton of people, no one can help. I am sure the company is hoping people just walk away and just buy a new one.
