i am being threatened on xbox live by a person that is telling me that they are going to hack my account!

 

Hacked Internet Connection

My son was playing xbox live and another gamer threatened to shut down his internet if he did not give him players on fifa 14.

He ignored his threat and later our internet was shut down.

How could this have happened?

 

I am sorry to hear about this,the only way to report this to the enforcement staff is via your console. If you go into your son's recent players list and click on the gamertag you can report the player for threatening your son. You can also click the option
to avoid this player.

Just block the gamer tag. Remember that a lot of different people use online games, some normal some can be more unsavoury types. Remind your son that those characters in the game are actual people sat somewhere in front of a console. be respectful and simply
ignore anyone with a bee in there bonnet.
