My son being banned

My son got banned on the 13th February and couldn't communicate via message and party's. Today he got banned because he apparently got banned for harassing someone. For the last few days he has not been online. We think he has been hacked because he hasn't
been on since the 12th. When he got banned the first time my son hasn't sent any abusive messages. I communicated online to someone who said I had to contact your department which I have been unable to do as my son has been unwell and was going to question
this but then he received the other banned messages. He has received many abusive messages within the last week so he has reported them because I said to. So the next day he received a message from Xbox saying he has been banned for harassing someone when
he only talks to his friends and didn't message anyone back. His x box is within ear reach and I can hear terrible language all the time and would know if he was doing it. I have looked at the messages that he has replied to and my son has not put anything
that warrants a ban and he has not replied to many as I told him not to. The only explanation is his account has been hacked. I am not happy about the ban ad want this lifted as it is not warranted . My son has a serious kidney condition and is having surgery
on the 28/2/17 and he will need this to take his mind off things. It seems that he has reported others and been banned himself so what is the point of reporting someone when you then get banned yourself. I was told this evening to contact you and would get
a reply within 24hrs and if not I had to ring back the technical department and they would take it further. If this does not get rectified I will take it further and make a formal complaint as this is very unfair on my son.

Harassment

My son is getting harassed and reported by someone he knows and this person is just trying to get my son banned and in trouble with xbox live. What can we do to prevent my son being banned and this person just to leave my son alone while he is on xbox.

Got banned for?

my son got banned from xbox live. We think user gamer tag.it's nemo 123. Has reported my son because he blames my son for his account getting banned. Eithen his parents blame my son and wanted money from me as compensation. I told them my son was not responsible
for there son getting banned but they don't believe me.I didn't pay them anything and explained that I had spoken on line to Microsoft and they said my son was not responsible. My son text the other boy asking if he'd reported him and he said he didn't know?

Anyway I would by grateful if you could please lift my son's ban has I think he is being pick on.when I checked my son on line reputation it's says his reputation is good so how can he be banned.

Simple OJ

No being blocked does not mean you will be banned. It only means your sons friend will not be able to talk, message or see your sons account on his xbox live account. So you do not need to worry about your son being banned.

There's nothing to resolve.Modding of any kind is against the terms & conditions & will result in an account being banned.

Your son was caught with a modded avatar & his account was banned.

I'm sorry to read that your son has been banned (and is being bullied!). Regarding the ban, please note that you need to post specifically in the Ban and Suspension forum. Please read

this post, and follow the instructions under the Banned section.

By posting in the correct forum, a member of the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team will review your son's account and reply to you.

We were recently console banned for killing a person in the game and that person had us banned. I don't think it's fair when the other person was doing the same thing, killing us back. I can understand if you don't follow the policy and terms, being banned for
a short time but not defiantly. We paid a lot for our console and use it for more then just games and its for the whole family not just my son.

Plus i feel like the reasoning is very unfair and its just a game what my son did was the same as what the other kid was doing to him first so i honestly don't feel that it is right that my son got banned what about the other kid? i believe it is just a
game and no reason for just my son to get not only banned for that round but console banned? We use the Xbox for more then just games so I would like this resolved and our console un-banned. Also my son informed me that the person who banned him works for
Microsoft which i am not positive about that but if so that is abuse of his power and should most defiantly be reprimanded.
