My son made in app purchases while on his x-box at his house using my husbands profile from our house. He charged about $2,000 worth of stuff is around 9 months time. How do I find out how to look up those charges to show my son I know he did it????

banned from earning credits on halo

my husband and son were playing halo last night. My husband rarely plays so he had no kills and my son had some. My son was banned from earning credits for two weeks due to this and I was wondering why? They were trying to spend time together and it ended
up not being great we plan to by my husband his own account but was not sure if this was the right way to go is there anyway this can be unlocked?

Hi

When you log into the Xbox.com web site on a PC in the top right of the page should be your gamertag, if you click on the and then select the option of Microsoft Account it will show you a web page that should have have recent purchases on that page with
an option of see all next to it.

Hopefully this will provide you wit the information you require.

Hi Geri,

Thank you for reaching out.

Firstly I can confirm that it is a Microsoft Account. The issue is that the account was created using my ex-husband's Microsoft account, which I can not access.

I can not legally login into his account and so I want to move all of my son's game profiles off my ex-husband's account to merge onto a new profile. The only way to do this is to be able to access the existing account, which I don't have access to.

Since my son plays the Xbox and not my ex-husband, my ex-husband left the Xbox with his son when we separated.

How can I verify that the game accounts on the Xbox belong to my son when they are registered on my husband's Microsoft account. I can't provide order history as I can't access the account to provide it.

We took the turtle beaches out of the equation the other day to see if it made a difference. Again, my husband had just been playing on his account and had turned the xbox off (We have a family account, his is the main, mine is custom, and our sons is a
child account). My husband and son never have issues getting on live but I do. I went to sign on, and immediately it wouldn't connect. This was with the turtle beaches unplugged and put away. Tried about 10x to connect, no luck. Went and signed in under
my husband's account and it signed right on, so then I just had to switch to my profile.

Seriously, what gives with this crap? It's getting frustrating.
