my son account been banned for life

my son account whuchew has banned for life, but the person who has done this has got into trouble at my son school by the police, and the situation was solved, but this person who has done this is doing this out of spite to stop my son using his x box, the
situation in school was he accused my son of hacking this person account which my son didnt do, and later on we started to get threats over facebook, so the police got involved, the police got the situation sorted, but this kid now has done this to my son
xbox live and now he cant play the xbox, which has upset him, so can the ban be lifted please

hi, my name is sherry my sons share a xbox live account and my youngest son was at a friends house. and his friend moded the account and told my son that you can't get banned for changing the avatar colour and my the account got banned for life. i was wondering
if you could unban the account and i assure you this will not happen again so my oldest son can play on live. p.s. my sons account is iiK00LAiDKiNGii

My old Xbox live account [mod removed] has been banned for life. i been a member for over 4 years and spent a lot of money in the past 4 years and not i get banned for life. i would really i to know why i got banned for life.

 

The only thing you can do if the console itself did not get banned is create a new account for them. All MS is going to do is tell you that it was your son's responsibility to protect his account and that there is nothing that they will do. I know it sucks
but that is exactly what they will tell you.

 

If this person did do something to get your sons account banned then they would of had to of had access to your sons account & the only way that could happen is if your son gave them access to the account.
