my son accidentally spent £80 on points!

It often happens that he wants to purchase something once (usually points) and it purchases double the amount. He's no idea how it bought this many today though, is there any way of cancelling? I'll then remove my card from the account and just use vouchers.

Fifa 16 - How to recover an accidentally deleted team (Xbox One)

My Son has spent his birthday money on Fifa Points. After getting his team sorted he has accidentally deleted it!!

In Ultimate Team it prompted him "do you want to delete this squad?". He clicked "yes" thinking the players would be available for selection in other squads but he's lost them all.

Is there any way to recover deleted squad?

Just keep in mind If the purchase was for VC (digital currency) and he spent the VC already then your refund request is very likely going to get denied.

Hi it was fifa point (79.99). They have not been spent and my son is annoyed about it due to it being his birthday money. It was an accidental purchase as he bought the wrong amount. The reason they gave for denial was that I used too many refund requests however I had only used 2 before this and 1 this year, I couldn’t find where it even stated the refund limit.

I'm sorry to hear that your son accidentally spent money on 2K24. To request a refund for a purchase made on Xbox, you can follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account on Account.microsoft.com and go to the Order history page.

2. Find the purchase you want to request a refund for and select Request a refund.

3. Follow the instructions on the page to submit your refund request.
