My son accidentally blocked a friend request and sending a message isn't working. What should he do? We are not quite sure of the gamertag and my son wants to be able to message him see if he knows him. Is any one able to help? Thanks in anticipation...

Can't unblock friend

Xbox randomly blocked my friend, now I can't unblock him I tried sending him a friend request doesn't work it's says he is unblocked he isn't and I need to fix it

 

My friend can't send me anymore messages!!!

try sending a message to her and that should fix the issue if you accidentally blocked communications sending a message will unblock communications

 

If you don't know the gamertag then there's not much you can do really.

 

What if a partial gamertag is known. Is it possible to look up the person using that?

 

Not really as there are so many gamertags with the same words in them.You would really need the whole gamertag.

What console was this on?

 

Xbox 360 and the gamertag started with t4d (although my son thinks it was in uppercase and was followed by either digital or legal or something like that (in lower case)

 

We would now it if we saw it again, at least, I think I would...

 

Ah right,if it was on the xbox one then the person would no doubt be on the followers list which would make them easy to find.

As it's on the 360 there's not much you can do unless this person is on one of your sons friends friends list & they don't have their friends list hidden.
