my solitaire collection of games keeps closing

I try to do the daily games on my windows 10 computer and it closes after I finish a game and then I try to bring it up again and most of the time it will close.

I have deleted program rebooted and downloaded again, no help. Love the games but restarting 6 or 7 times and having to watch the ads is getting old.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Have tried but can,t seem to find the right place. Went to casual games and it says click for tec help then get a screen oops we have moved things around, go back to main page and try again

Mine does this too. I closed it and opened Microsoft Solitaire Collection, plated one game of Klondike then closed it and restarted Jigsaw,,, now loading premium OK again!!

The only way I could get the ad to disappear was to close out the program. Then when I reopened the program it reappeared. I notice that it jumps from one game to another in MS solitaire collection.
