my skyrim saves are gone, xbox game pass pc

İ had to reset my pc to factory settings, and now my skyrim saves are gone. aren't xbox game pass saves are stored in cloud? Can you help me please.

There are games that use a local save system and not a cloud save system, Skyrim and Minecraft are two examples of this, Skyrim creates a save path in the "My Documents" folder, if the progress is deleted unfortunately it cannot be recovered.

95% of pc gamepass games saves are local only and do not support cloud saving. if you reset the system they are gone for good.

I use gamesave manager which is a free program that i run once a week to backup every single save on my system.

Yeahh bye bye skyrim then, i aint grinding that again. Thanks for the answer

Hi again....yes, deleting most of Skyrim saves on my old console (which was formatted before everything and then the error appeared on my series X) did the trick,i can save as normal now ....what i did is erase the saves one by one from the Skyrim menu ( not deleting from xbox menu and deleting from everywhere as this would zero any progress) ,it seems this way you delete the cloud save as well and free space was created !

Weird is that i lost all my latest saves (25%) without deleting them myself,they aren't there anymore ,cloud or hard drive.... all my saves that included mods are gone .... At least the error is gone too...

For the past couple of weeks, i've heard that Blair Witch is coming to Xbox Game Pass and i was looking forward to playing it, as i have Xbox Game Pass, but today it shows that its for Xbox Game Pass PC,

i'm now quite disappointed, should have been advertised as Game Pass PC, not Xbox Game Pass, to save my disappointment.
