My siege keeps crashing after a random amount of time of the game being open

I tried things step by step, checking each time how things were going.

Only when I created a new user, downloaded the Xbox app and the game that it didn't crash. I tried a bunch of times, rebooted a bunch of times, it still crashes on my user account but not on the new user.
I leave the game open for a good amount of time to see if it keeps going or crashes at some point.

I don't want to call victory yet because before crashes became consistent, they were more random and I could play a week without problems.

In the meantime, would it be possible to identify the problem a bit further, or would I have to switch my whole user to another one? *sigh*...

You see what I do is turn my modem off leave it for about 10 minutes for it to cool down turn it back on then restart your Xbox360 console, if nothing helps you may want to contact your local internet provider for more details.... Best of luck to you!!!

Been happening to me lately too.

what you might what to do is reset your modem leave it off for about 5-10 min than disconnect your modem from the xbox system that works for me or reset it to the factory setting.
