    My side of a ban


    I got a 24 hr communication ban on Xbox. An can’t tell my side of the case. Where an how can I do this. I don’t think it is fair of Xbox to ban me in any since with out hearing my side off what happen. Just because someone is not happy with me in there eye.
    Xbox ban my with out any chance to give my side how can this happen. Can any just complain an get people banned for 24 hr

    Oh dear the Modern shooter wars are escelating again........

    didn't DICE have a hand in developing themp side of homefront? Would seem a bit silly to ban a clan tag on that when said company produced that side of the game.

    lol, there should be a ban if you mis use the system but do beleave there should be a warning and get both sides of the story and not just ban someone because of a complaint .

    My side of a ban

    Any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's
    Enforcement History, provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

    • The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
    • The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

    Since your ban is only 24 Hours, you don't qualify for a case review and should just ride it out. Note that even with "your" side of the story, if they have proof you acted in a manner that goes against Terms of Service, that is all the proof they need
    to enforce a ban. If the other party also deserved a ban, you should have have reported them.

    All bans are reviewed by Microsoft enforcement team before being handed out. If you got ban, even just for 24 hours, there is a very good chance you did something to deserve it. Even if in your eyes you don't think so.

    If the ban occurs, it's more than likely you might have done something you were unaware about. I would try to contact official support about it if that were to happen to me.

    24 hrs suspensions is more a warning to prevent you from future actions that might lead to more severe bans. Use this time you have to read the Code of Conduct and avoid situations like this

    95% sure that a critical error has occured on Microsofts side and some innocents got banned. My friend also got console banned yesterday morning and hes running a virgin xbox.
