My "showcase" is broken. Can't edit the showcase or share achievements or game ...

I did have a couple of achievements and game clips added to my showcase on my profile. Then I noticed a few days ago it was blank. I tried to add something to it a couple of times since then and it wouldn't work. I finally looked into it a bit deeper since
I really wanted to share something....and it's pretty much broken. As I said it shows a blank, like I have never had anything shown on it. When I go into it to edit it...it has things suggested on the right, but when I go to share any it says "Something went
wrong Sorry, we can't share this right now. Try again in a while." The issue is this "a while" has been going on for a bout a week now I would say.

Is this a broken network issue or a problem with my hardware? All of my other friends that had things listed in their showcases still seem to be showing and working fine.

Xbox one showcase issue

I can not get my showcase working either.. I have tried hard cycling, removing my account and re-downloading it and even a factory reset without removing games and apps.. I cant goto my showcase, I cant edit my showcase, when i share something to my show
case it just says "shared" but nothing shows up the show case just says.. It is your showcase, so brag a little.. Look for the share button in your game clips, achievements and activity feed. And it wont allow me to click it no matter how many times I press
it

 

My Profile Showcase

The Showcase doesn't work. Whenever I try to add a new game clips or achievements I'm told my showcase is full when it actually isn't. Nevertheless I'll click to go to my showcase to remove some items anyways. When I get there I'll see recent items in which
I also can't add and the remove all option is not select-able because my showcase is empty.

 

Same for me. Recorded a clip, and I'm unable to share it at all

 

I have the same issue except my showcase works. I just can't share anything to my activity feed. I get sorry we couldn't share this right now try again in awhile and the smart *** customer support lady on the phone was clueless. I also called to enquire
about installion times. It took me over 20 f@#$&%@

hours to install Forza 5, and I had the disc. I could understand if i were downloading the digital copy but i had the disc. Her response to this was to quote how long it took Destiny to install with the disc. I'm sorry but 20 hrs is unacceptable. I paid
good money for a game that i have to wait an entire day

to play.

 

Yea same with me. Got some awesome clips of Halo 5 and cant share them. Would really like to now how to fix this.

Sorry to hear about the the issue, I can definitely understand how frustrating this could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• First, remove your profile from your Xbox One console.
  
• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and add your profile back on your console.
  

If the issue continues after trying the listed steps above, please let us know the following information:

• Are you unable to add achievements to your Activity Feed or Showcase?
• When was the last time that you were able to add content to your Showcase or Activity Feed?

I CAN share anything to my activity feed just fine (or share via message or twitter). That has never been an issue for me. I still CAN NOT do ANYTHING with my "showcase" or share anything to it. I always get the "Something went wrong Sorry, we can't share
this right now. Try again in a while." error.

When I go into my showcase it will have the recent activity (achievements) listed on the right. If I try to share one of them it will give the same error. It isn't timing out or anything like that before displaying the error...it just pops the error up
right away. Just long enough for the spinning loading thing to show up and disappear. So I don't think it's an issue with the upload or connection timing out. It seems more like a setting error or I am cut off from using the feature (either by my Xbox One
or by my LIVE account).

I did, at one time, have achievements and game clips on my showcase. They shared and seemed to show up correctly. Now I just have the screen saying I should add things to my showcase....which, as I said, I can not. As I said in my original post...I just
noticed my showcase went blank a few days ago. I then saw it would not let me add anything, but I took the error at it's word (that it was just a temporary issue). After a week of it being "sorry" I decided to look into it further.

From the looks of this thread it is a pretty widely spread issue and needs to be looked at. To be honest I would rather a feature not be added at all than to be added and be broken. I also don't like seeing my fiends showcases feature while mine is broken.

 

Mine is broken too, If I try to share an achievement or clip gives me the same error:"Something went wrong Sorry, we can't share this right now. Try again in a while."

Smartglass gives me the same error...

 

I had the same issue, but when I edited the video the upload worked. Give it a try.

My showcase is broken too. I also can't share a clip from the Halo 5 beta to a friend at all, let alone get it on my showcase. It works for some other clips though.

 

Also tried DugFreez's suggestion. My showcase still won't allow me to share clips. C'mon Microsoft, where you at?!?!

 

Same here but I don't get error message it just says showcase is full please remove items to add more but my showcase is empty. It worked fine when 1st came out but having this problem for months now even did xbox report a problem 3 times and nothing.
