My show isn’t working

Are you pertaining to The Show MLB game? If yes, may I ask what is the exact issue that you're experiencing?

I did the power cycle , that didn’t work then I reset my system but kept games and apps and still isn’t working properly it doesn’t show my points or ability to redeem idk why it’s acting up

And it’s also still showing my games etc like the storage and everything is from my profile it isn’t showing his stuff

3. Check that your account is not temporarily suspended.
4. Check if your Xbox account is suspended.
5. Check if online purchases are enabled on your card.
6. Check if the price of the purchase is within the limit set on the card.

What exactly is the device/platform are you using? Also, what's your headset make/model? Is it wireless or connected through the controller?

Try to check your chat mixer.
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Volume & audio output.
Under Advanced, select Additional options, and then select Chat mixer.
Select one of the available options.
