    there is a problem on my xbox one where all the shadows have a green hue to them and I don't know how it happened.

    What is with the new Xbox interface looking like it stepped out of The Matrix?? All the green is really annoying, and it also bleeds into games I am playing, making the characters a green hue color. I thought it was my TV at first, but I checked my settings
    and everything is working fine on the TV side. Does anyone know how to get rid of the green hue color? Is there a way to get rid of it?

    heavy green tint when watching through HDMI in

    I have my cable box connected to my xbox one x via HDMI In,
    when i am trying to watch it though oneguide, it plays on my TV with a very heavy green tint. the green tint makes the picture unwatchable. However,
    when i connect the cable box directly to my TV via HDMI, it shows okay. i have tried different HDMI cables, same problem. other sources play fine though the xbox HDMI in.

    i have an older Xbox one, and i also get the same heavy green hue when connecting the cable box to the its HDMI in.

    my cable box make is Humax

    any ideas ? please help

    Yes tried this but left for a few hours, seems to have worked.

    That's exactly right, tried my frees at box with the cable with no problem, even tried swapping them around no different.

    A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

    My TVs fine I've tried my free sat box with the Xbox hdmi leads and that is okay, I even put the lead I use for free sat into the Xbox but still has the green hue, plus my tv is only two months old.
