Also, what is your NAT type set to? WiFi can have issues with FPS games too if there is interference on the signal, can you hardwire your console into your modem and give it a try for me? You could also try opening ports. I definitely suggest disabling cross-platform play if you don't play round war. And also disable motion blurs in your game settings too.

you cant disable cross platform on xbox for cod i think, also the game runs on activisions servers so could be an issue connecting to them, so basically you are paying for live to access activision servers.

same as playstation, they pay for access but cod connects to activision servers.

like most if not all third party games are hosted by the devs/publisher which pay for the servers themselves.

Wired, nat open, connections DL 117.54, UL 11.44, packet loss 0% MTU 1480, Latency 49 ms. On certain games the ping jumps from 50-400 , But most games stays 20-50 . I don't know how to disable cross platform.

Do some research on the term, LAG COMPENSATION, & you'll have a better understanding of why this is happening to you. It effects every FPS, but is notorious within the CoD franchise.
