My series x wont accept my wifi anymore all of a sudden do u know why

I also had the same issue recently, you may want to try clearing your MAC address or changing your DNS. Kindly go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try connecting to your network.

If that did not work, try changing your DNS. Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings > manual

Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

then check again. Last resort would be resetting your console while keeping your games & apps.

yes i have done all the above..if i have it connected via ethernet it is fne but when i go to use the wifi it wont work,,says console is connected but when i try to access my games says a connection error,,, does it on my series s and my xbox one s .. and a friends series x is doing it

I’m having the same issue my Xbox series s all of a sudden it doesn’t connect to the network while it’s wired I checked the Ethernet cable and it works fine with other consoles so it’s not the Ethernet cable I don’t know what to do anymore
