my series X factory reset itself

Just to confirm, are you an Insider program member who uses a preview build on your console? Or you only use the normal/public version?

When did this issue start to occur? What steps have you tried so far?

I talked to the support and wie tryed to factory reset the x box but its not worked the same Problem whit my x box one x so now the series x and my one x not working anymore

Hello, all you have to do is redownload games. Everything should be saved on the cloud.

so i can't switch my xbox one to an xbox series X, i am planning on removing home console and factory resetting it
