My serial number and is being used by someone else!

I contacted support and was informed that my device with the serial number registered to another person!

How can I solve this? I have the sales receipt!

I am the victim of a scam or piracy?

I am very sad because I need support to resolve a problem with my kinect. :-(

My account is being used by someone else.

I created a new Xbox One account, about six months ago, so I could use on my new console. But then I found out someone else has been using it with me in a Xbox 360, even though I changed my password like three times in the last two months. I want to know
what can I do to fix this. Also, I found out that there is a glitch in the Xbox 360 of which anyone can login in the account without the password for it. Please, help me fix this, I just want to enjoy my games and stuff.

Thats clearly an issue phone support are the ones to help you with. Is it a used console or have you bought it directly in a shop? Have you tried to register it on your name at
http://myservice.xbox.com ?

Like BobMcFly said, you will need to call Xbox customer support, and they will have to put in a ticket to have this issue escalated. Be patient, as this will be a lengthy resolution.

I called today to support phone and are trying to solve the problem. The console is not used, I bought directly from a store.

I sent photos of the box, serial number and proof of purchase. 'll Wait for their response.
