My secondary Microsoft got hacked and I have just found out

I have just found out that my other Microsoft account that I had Xbox PC Gamepass on it and a Minecraft account linked to it is compromised, and through some glitch I have already found hacker'st email which is linked to my other Microsoft account. Well, since when I registered the account, I pretty much just smashed my keyboard for the first name and last name, so I can't use microsoft's "Forgot my password" option to reset my password and email. I just want to recover my Microsoft account so that I can regain access to my Minecraft account to start playing again with my friends.

You've always been able to do this provided the two(or more) accounts are on the same console

There you go! You've said it yourself, lol. The reason behind why you've managed to have both accounts linked on the same Xbox is due to the fact that you've downloaded your profile onto your son's console as opposed to not downloading
it and having the console opt you to use a 'Guest' account instead. ^o^
